Dr. Balasundaram is a Clinical Associate Professor at Stanford University and a staff neonatologist at El Camino Health (ECH). She is ECH NICU FCC committee chair, leads different subcommittees to improve NICU quality goals and formed FCC Taskforce to expand her passion of family inclusion to other NICUs.
