Rochelle is proud to be a founding member of Project NICU and Director of Family Support & Advocacy, leading the Parent Mentor Program, Virtual Support Groups, Counseling Program & Hospital Partnerships. Honoring her own NICU experience and background as a therapist, Rochelle is passionate about creating support opportunities for all those who walk this journey. She is the founder of Full Circle, which was Cleveland’s first community based peer support group for NICU parents.
