As NICU Parent Leaders, you are in a unique position to speak for and represent the needs of the NICU families you serve. Through advocacy work, you can advance critical issues facing NICU families and bring about lasting change for the communities you support. In this session, we will examine a current piece of legislation related to paid family leave that could be a game-changer for NICU families. We will also share NICU Parent Network’s first official position statement and how your organization can utilize the piece in your work.
