As an equitable healthcare advocate, Kimberly is passionate about maternal mental health issues, prematurity, & infant loss in the Black community.

This fireside chat with Founder of Saul’s Light Foundation, Kimberly Novod will invite attendees move from talking about collaboration to action. Utilizing Ms. Novod’s work in New Orleans, Louisiana as a case study, attendees will understand how social determinants of health impact vulnerable communities in psychological, social, and economic terms. Apply the strategies of grassroots organizing to advocate for important community issues. And identify ways to partner and collaborate with others to create collective impact.
