Ashley O’Neil, CRNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner, author, widow, and loss mom dedicated to supporting families through the challenges of NICU life and beyond. She is the Founder of It’s a NICU World and host of the Ask a NICU Mama podcast, where she fosters honest conversations about maternal mental health, grief, and healing. Drawing from her clinical expertise and lived experience, Ashley offers a compassionate perspective on family-centered care. Her mission is to advocate for trauma-informed, equitable support systems and to remind others that even in the darkest times, there is always a glimmer of hope.
