Pam Frasco is a proud NICU mama two times over and founder of Project NICU, a Cleveland-based nonprofit supporting NICU Families and professionals. Pam has spent over 17 years in professional sports and currently serves as the Cleveland Cavaliers Vice President of Community Relations & ED of the Cavaliers Community Foundation.

Ashley is the African-American mother of three preemies, founder of GLO Preemies, co-Founder and Director of the Alliance for Black NICU Families, and Advisory Board Member to California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative and the University of Southern California. She is the author of Black, Pregnant and Shamed.
