About Heather McKinnis
Director of Development
Graham’s Foundation
Heather delivered her first child extremely prematurely. She left her position in higher education admissions to devote her time and energy to caring for and raising her micro-preemie. A year after leaving her career, she started working with Graham’s Foundation.
Over the last 8 years, she has developed and overseen the Preemie Parent Mentor Program and has recently moved into a development and advancement role within the organization. She is now the mother of four and devoted to helping parents find their voice as they advocate for their children.
