How To Really Help: Matching Intention and Effect

Many people involved in support and community work care deeply about helping others, but can end up feeling overwhelmed, confused, frustrated, and stuck about how much we need to learn, do, and change. If you’ve ever noticed feeling burned out, irritated with those you’re trying to help, or completely inadequate, this session may help you find some new approaches to mesh with what has already been working for you, your colleagues, and your clients.
