About Anna David
Executive Director
NICU Families Northwest
Anna David is Founder of NICU Families Northwest and President of the Board of Directors. Prior to founding NFNW, she spent 9 years in HR and has a practiced ability to balance competing stakeholder priorities. She advocates effectively and passionately for families while considering the complex landscape of hospital administration in the design and delivery of NFNW projects/programs.
Anna’s daughter Miranda was born a trimester early and in the NICU for 80 days. The emotional, physical, and mental toll of the NICU experience inspired Anna to affect change in how NICU families are supported locally.
